尿素粉碎機(jī)是滿足高氮復(fù)合肥和水溶肥生產(chǎn)要求對尿素進(jìn)行破碎而設(shè)計的粉碎設(shè)備。該機(jī)主要是運用高速運轉(zhuǎn)的滾筒與凹板之間隙的研磨剪切，間隙大小決定其物料粉碎程度，尿素顆粒進(jìn)入機(jī)體后利用滾筒高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，顆粒撞擊體壁及擋板而破碎，再通過滾筒與凹板之間的齒條研磨成粉狀。設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、操作方便、粉塵小、產(chǎn)量高、噪音低，是高氮復(fù)合肥和水溶肥生產(chǎn)的理想配套設(shè)備。
Single Axis Urea Crusher
Use and Features:
The urea crusher is a comminution equipment designed to meet the production requirements of high nitrogen compound fertilizer and water-soluble fertilizer for crushing urea. The machine mainly uses the gap between the high-speed running roller and the concave plate for grinding and shearing. The size of the gap determines the degree of material crushing. After the urea granules enter the machine, the drum is first rotated at a high speed to break the particles against the wall and the baffle of the machine, and then grinded into a powder through the gap between the drum and the concave plate. The equipment is simple in structure, convenient in operation, small in dust, high in output and low in noise. It is an ideal matching equipment for producing high nitrogen compound fertilizer and water-soluble fertilizer.
該破碎機(jī)用于脆性物料，如顆粒尿素.復(fù)合肥.煤、爐渣、頁巖、疏松石灰石等，被破碎物料的抗壓強(qiáng)度不超過12MPa，表面水分小于13％。
結(jié)構(gòu)和原理
破碎機(jī)由均勻喂料。轉(zhuǎn)子、機(jī)體、調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)等主要部分組成，電動機(jī)通過三角帶驅(qū)動轉(zhuǎn)子。
轉(zhuǎn)子部分由主軸、端部圓盤、耐磨刀頭等主要零件組成。
機(jī)體部分由上下機(jī)殼、破碎板、弧形反擊板等主要零件組成。
該破碎機(jī)是種沖擊式破碎機(jī)。物料進(jìn)入破碎腔后，首先受到隨轉(zhuǎn)子高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)子的沖擊作用而破碎，從而使物料沖擊反擊板。在反擊板給與作用力下折射到轉(zhuǎn)子。反復(fù)作用使其達(dá)到破碎效果。與同類設(shè)備中的雙軸籠式粉碎機(jī)相比較。粉塵小；產(chǎn)量高；噪音低；使人工操作人性化。
